Your Role ️✅ Price first principles estimates for various civil infrastructure projects.✅ Spot commercial angles others miss and strategise to win tenders.✅ Lead end-to-end bid processes, from risk analysis to cost breakdowns.✅ Negotiate pre-contracts and liaise directly with clients.✅ Stay ahead of market trends to deliver competitive, high-margin bids.✅ Confidently present tenders to senior management & clients.
Who You Are ✔️ 3–5+ years of civil estimating experience – You know the game.✔️ Tech-savvy with strong commercial nous – You see opportunities where others don’t.✔️ Background in roadworks, drainage, piling, retaining walls, or concrete works.✔️ Experience with council, TMR, RMS, or VIC Roads projects (a big plus!).✔️ Comfortable juggling multiple tenders in a high-stakes environment.✔️ Excellent communicator – You’ll be in front of key stakeholders.✔️ Got site experience? Even better, but not a dealbreaker.✔️ A natural problem-solver, dealmaker, and closer – You make things happen.
