Key Responsibilities:
Product & Service Management – Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to maintain high-quality offerings.
Marketing & Sales – Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies, set pricing, and promote the store’s goods and services.
Customer Engagement – Sell products and services, provide recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Financial & Inventory Control – Maintain stock level records, oversee financial transactions, and manage budgets effectively.
Staff Leadership – Select, train, and supervise team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and legally compliant workplace.
Requirements:
Qualification in business, retail, hospitality, or a related field is compulsory
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fast-food management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
