Command51 seeks a part-time Client Service Manager to oversee multiple client sites between Noosa and North Lakes.

About the role
As the Client Service Manager, you’ll play an integral role in our commitment to delivering great service every day. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on, field based role where you'll mainly work independently, with support from an experienced State Manager.
- Salary : up to $46,800 per annum + Super + Commission
- Car allowance: $ 100 per week
- Working hours: 3 days per week (22.8 hours), on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Requirement to attend to work-related contact outside usual hours from time to time
This role has the potential to go full-time.
A typical day involves:
- Liaising with Command51 clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Managing service delivery for a prescribed number of sites within set SLAs
- Conducting weekly site inspections and log results on our bespoke app
- Identifying opportunities for extra work outside of scope and upsell services to clients
- Collaborating with the Sales and Business Development team to broaden our service offerings
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in client relationship management
- Ideally, previous sales experience
- Experience in supervision or management, including managing teams in multiple locations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Great problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing both staff deliverables and client expectations
- Confident in using various IT platforms
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and operational requirements
The successful candidate must have full and unrestricted Australian work rights and driving licence.
