Site Supervisor (Custom Homebuilder)

Description:

This job advertisement is for a Site Supervisor position with a young, but exceptional family-run homebuilder that is keen to expand their team with a supervisor in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
The role offers a salary package of $100,000 - $115,000, plus superannuation, a car, a laptop, and a phone.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Title: Construction Supervisor
• Location: Brisbane (Northern Suburbs)
• Responsibilities:

• Managing the build of 8-12 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.
• Ensuring and driving high standards & high performance from subcontractors & trades
• Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule & budget
• Ensuring HSE standards are met

Required Experience:

• Education:

• Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree

Professional Experience:

• Essential to have a trade background (carpentry / bricklaying)
• Ideal if you have 1-3 years experience, but will consider somebody who is experienced on the tools
• Stable employment/work history
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
