The Opportunity
As a Corporate Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a range of client seminars, educational promotions, and internal engagement initiatives. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting the team to enhance client relationships, promoting financial education, and fostering a strong workplace culture. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will also work closely with an external marketing & insight team to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client seminars, webinars, and educational workshops focused on financial planning, accounting, and mortgage broking.
- Coordinate event collateral such as brochures, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- Track event attendance and maintain our crm database, analyse survey results and provide actionable insights to improve engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with the external Marketing & Insight team to align promotional efforts with the corporate marketing plan.
- Organise internal team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and corporate events to foster a strong workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align engagement activities with company goals.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and professional development workshops.
- Administer surveys to track client satisfaction, event feedback, and employee engagement levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and survey tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Understanding of marketing principles, social media, and digital event promotion is an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with Marketing & Consumer Insight team to support strategic marketing initiatives.
