Your Opportunity: As a Sirion Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of the Sirion Contract Management Platform. You will be a trusted Subject Matter Expert, ensuring continuity of service and driving continuous improvement. With your expertise, you will be the go-to professional, guiding projects and providing technology outcomes that empower users and ensure exceptional client delivery. Responsibilities:- Expert Support: Provide advanced support for the Sirion Contract Management platform, ensuring seamless operation, uptime, and resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Proactive Monitoring: Lead efforts to proactively monitor performance across environments and identify potential issues before they affect service.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor contacts and business users to ensure the platform meets evolving needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, contribute to ad-hoc projects, including architecture design, system enhancements, and product support.
- Application Management: Support and maintain core business server applications, including Microsoft Windows Server, IIS Web, and Data Analytics platforms.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documents, manuals, and knowledge base articles, ensuring that teams are well-equipped with up-to-date resources.
- Global Coordination: Participate in global product and support calls, providing valuable insights and coordination to ensure the platform's success.
- 24/7 Availability: Ensure the availability of supported applications and integrations around the clock, minimizing downtime and improving the user experience.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to the Service Desk and ITS teams, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Proven experience in SaaS support/management and 2nd/3rd Level Support.
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in relation to SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure IAAS/SAAS, and the ability to support the Sirion platform within this environment.
- Hands-on experience in SQL/SSMS and server management.
- Experience in incident, change, and problem management, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of user issues.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server and its integration with enterprise-level applications.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively and strategically.
- Strong subject matter expertise with experience in managing enterprise-grade Contract Management Platforms, especially Sirion.
- Experience in global support and familiarity with ISO standards and global compliance requirements.
