Location: Garry Thyer’s Betta Home Living
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (25 hours per week)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Data entry & invoice processing
Handling payments & daily banking
Reconciling creditor accounts & managing payments
Preparing rebate reports
Managing warranty claims & coordinating repairs
Supporting the sales team with customer service
Processing return authorizations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration & data entry (highly preferred)
- QuickBooks, RECKON or similar experience ( highly preferred)
- Great customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail & multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- A positive, proactive attitude!
