As the Consulting Suites Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and management to the consulting Suites department staff.
Oversee Consulting Administration Functions In Areas Such As
Leading the day to day efficient and safe running of the Consulting Suites, including achievement of KPIs plus accountability for staffing, recruiting, supplies, service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licences. Creating a compelling Consulting Suites service offering, advancing a culture of exceptional customer service for Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and patients Build relationship with VMO’s an their staff Ensure services are provided to VMO’s in in a timely manner and with excellent customer service Accountability for staffing, recruiting, onboarding and training. Service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licences Leading, coaching and developing Administration Officer team members, furthering a high-performing team
Essential Criteria
Medical administration or medical reception experience 3+ years of experience in Consulting Suites or a senior position held in medical centre’s TAFE/ Certificate - Diploma level qualification in Front-line Management, Business Management or related discipline Experience with Genie & Gentu is highly advantageous Ability to work well under pressure and think fast on your feet Be a proactive team member Established and managed relationships with key stakeholders, networks and customers (e.g. VMOs, patients, families) from diverse backgrounds Have led a team, including coaching, development and performance management Excellent communication, organisational, planning and customer service skills Ability to utilise numeric data to identify and implement improvements Working abilities with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
