The full-time role:
Snooze Logan is looking for a passionate Retail Sales Consultant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential.
This role requires flexibility, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential.
At Snooze, you'll be
- Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.
You will bring
- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Customer-centric behaviours
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
