Nextgen Transit is seeking a dedicated and dynamic National Operations Manager to join their team in Teneriffe, QLD. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering some flexibility to work from home.
In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing operational processes, overseeing national logistics, and driving efficiency improvements across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations while leading a team to achieve the company’s goals and maintain a high level of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage national logistics operations • Implement and drive efficiency improvements throughout the organization • Lead and inspire a team to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Qualifications: • Proven experience in logistics management, operational optimization, and compliance • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle operational challenges • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
