A well-established and rapidly growing hair and beauty retailer is launching its first store in Adelaide ! Known for delivering premium products and expert advice, this brand is expanding its retail presence, offering customers an immersive in-store experience. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for hair and beauty to lead this brand-new store. You'll have the chance to build and develop a team, shape the in-store experience, and drive business success. If you love engaging with customers, leading a team, and working in a dynamic retail environment, this role is for you!

• Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Drive sales, meet KPIs, and maximise store performance.
• Develop strong product knowledge to offer expert recommendations.
• Train and mentor staff, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Manage store operations from Tuesday to Saturday .

• Retail management experience , preferably in hair, beauty, or premium retail .
• A genuine passion for hair and beauty with strong product knowledge.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals.
• Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent operational and organisational skills to manage a new store launch .

• $65K - $70K + Super plus bonus potential .
