Description:
- Answer the telephone and screen and place calls.
- Schedule client vehicle service and repair appointments and enter into diary.
- Prepare, process and verify invoices, purchase orders, bills, cheques and receipts.
- Make enquiries regarding pricing and availability of vehicle spare parts.
- Receive stock orders and process.
- Maintain, process, distribute and update records, files and documents.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and organize outgoing mail and postage.
- Maintain, update and communicate with the client database as necessary.
- Raise and distribute service reminders.
- Advise clients of repair diagnosis, costs and quotations.
- Receive and welcome visitors and refer to appropriate team members.
- Enter and verify electronic data.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain cash box.
- Handle cash and perform point of sale and credit card transactions.
- Assist in the promotion of products and services and give prices and details to clients.
- Send out accounts and receive payments.
- Reconcile daily receivables.
- Neatly and accurately fill out and prepare job sheets.
- Monitor and record details of daily billable hours spreadsheet as necessary.
- Read any material requested of you and sign off when completed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office and client reception area.
- Ensure all office equipment is turned off at day's end.
- Ensure all items of office equipment are returned to their correct location in good, clean working order. Any problems with any equipment must be reported to management.
- Undertake training and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Attend and actively contribute to Corjay team meetings.
- Make sure your own personal appearance and tidiness is of high standard and wear the appropriate uniform at all times. Limit personal mobile phone use to break times only.
