Supported by a talented team and a fleet of modern machinery, we are involved in high-profile projects such as the construction of the Gather Round ovals in Lyndoch and hold ongoing contracts with councils, sporting clubs, and schools.
The Role
We are seeking motivated and qualified greenkeepers with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing turf maintenance on sports fields, parks, and reserves
- Participating in turf and irrigation construction projects, including sports fields, cricket pitches, irrigation, and drainage
Specific tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- Sports turf maintenance (e.g., soccer fields, football fields, and lawn tennis courts)
- Operating and maintaining turf care machinery
- Installing and maintaining new turf surfaces
- Installing and managing irrigation systems
- Managing pest and disease control
- Supporting other turf management activities as required

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
- Current driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Experience with sports fields or golf courses (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and clearances for working with children and the elderly (costs covered by Lawn Nation)
