Marketing Manager & Digital Strategy
Activ8 Mind are a thriving and rapidly growing mental health and human services organisation based in Adelaide with interstate expansion in sight.

We provide psychology , counselling , behaviour therapy and assessment services to clients across a variety of frameworks and funding streams including NDIS, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Private funded and EAP.
The Marketing Manager (full time or part time) is essential to driving the company’s growth and strengthening its brand presence. The Marketing Manager will adopt a strategic mindset, leading initiatives to attract and retain customers, boost brand awareness, and optimise the use of marketing resources. This position is key in defining the company’s market positioning and maintaining its competitive advantage.

THE ROLE:
• Full time or part time (minimum 4 days)
• Role is in office (Unley) or hybrid of WFH + In office
• Some out of business hours work is required – eg : events and networking
• Role reports to the Managing Director and works closely with the leadership team and other personnel as required
• Role leads and liaises with outsourced providers and may have future direct reports.
You will be responsible for:
• Strategic Planning – Strengthen Activ8 Mind’s marketing plan to align with business objectives.
• Market Analysis – Conduct competitor and performance analysis
• Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation – Lead and delegate content development for social media (including video creation).
• Copywriting & Website Content – Create, edit, and delegate website content (Experience with WIX CMS preferred).
• Newsletters & EDMs – Design and distribute to various audiences via Mailchimp.
• Paid Media Coordination – Manage paid advertising, including print and radio.
• Social Media & Events – Set up and manage events across Facebook, (e.g. webinars, expos, and launches.)
• Sponsorships & Partnerships – Develop and manage collaborations with events and businesses (with PR agency).
• Networking – Attend events to build relationships and promote Activ8 Mind.
• Award Submissions – Handle applications for industry awards.
• PR & Media – Work with the PR agency to identify media opportunities.
• Partnership Campaigns – Coordinate efforts to expand reach through collaborations.
• Expo Management – Research, order, and manage event collateral.
• Website Oversight – Monitor and optimise Wix website performance.
• Chatbot Integration – Research and implement (outsourced if needed).

YOU:

• Min 5 years post graduate experience and experience leading the marketing function
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business preferred
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to efficiently interact with staff, customers & stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate./ prioritise tasks to execute on project deliverables and overall marketing KPIs.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Mailchimp or Hubspot, Canva, WIX, range of software programs
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Ads metrics
• Able to work autonomously
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative and Innovative
• Prior experience from the health / allied health or human services sectors will be highly regarded
• NDIS worker screening check (or eligible)
• Working with Children Check (or eligible)
