About the Role
We are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to champion our Dental Supply Division across South Australia, with a primary focus on the Gunz Dental portfolio. You will be responsible for developing profitable sales of consumables and equipment to corporate clients, government departments, universities, and private dental practices.
This role offers a unique opportunity to also promote the wider Dental Supply Division. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sales growth while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the Dental Supply Division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
• Keep up to date with market trends and manage the introduction of new products.
• Attend industry events and conferences (both within and outside SA)
• Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records.
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets, focusing on key agencies sales growth
• Provide after-sales support.
About You
We are looking for a results-driven, proactive sales professional with:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry)
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a mobile role
- A keen interest in keeping up with industry trends and identifying new opportunities
