Join Okta as a Sales Development Intern in Sydney, assisting the SDR team in generating sales pipeline through research and outreach.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching accounts and assisting the SDR team in outreach.
- Strategizing with Marketing, Sales Development Reps, and Account Executives on prospecting plans.
- Generating leads and building relationships through outbound prospecting.
- Conducting discovery conversations with IT Executives.
- Generating qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
- Utilizing active listening to uncover customer needs.
- Working cross-functionally to increase conversion rates.
- Submitting tickets for account changes and maintaining Salesforce.com data.
