Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in the 2026 Rotational Graduate Program for Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Civil Engineering.
- Gaining hands-on experience and developing skills to become a leader in the Mining and Metals industry.
- Collaborating with teams in the Brisbane office and potentially other locations.
About You
Candidates should possess:
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, process, electrical, or similar) completed between 2023 and 2025, or due by program start.
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements such as a drug screen and background check.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
- Mobility, flexibility, and willingness to work on construction projects locally, regionally, and interstate.
- High degree of passion and ambition for the construction industry.
