Job Purpose:
The primary role of a server is to provide friendly, prompt, and personable service experiences to all customers and friends of Brother of Mine. This service should be delivered with an emphasis on specialty food, coffee, and brand education. Your mission is to create a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their visit to our café is enjoyable and encouraging their return.

This involves creating a positive atmosphere, greeting every customer during their visit, and developing a personal rapport with regular customers. This requires a willingness to learn new skills and techniques, seeking feedback regularly, and tailoring your approach to suit the uniqueness of our guests. Maintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked section is also essential.

- Great Knowledge : We’re passionate about the specialty food and drinks we offer. Hence, you’re expected to confidently describe any item on our menu and relay daily specials when requested. Pay Scale:
Different levels of pay are associated with the roles of Junior, Introduction, Food Runner, Wait Staff, Shift Supervisor, Team Leader and Restaurant Manager, each requiring a different level of experience and expertise.
