We are seeking an experienced Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing group who is considering or has undergone further training in, Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. If you are:

We are recruiting an experienced Physiotherapist to support the growth of WA Health Group. We have multiple new positions available at our clinics throughout Perth’s south. Our clinics offer a great environment for providing care to clients with large, private multi-room clinics, with onsite gyms and Pilates studios.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Physiotherapist who is #passionate about serving clients. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team to treat and prevent health problems.
The role requires:
- You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients’
- The application of a client centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework
- The use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care
- Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community
- You want to niche into an area of community Physiotherapy
- You may be considering or currently completing your Graduate Certificate or Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence & Pelvic Health) or equivalent, with competency in pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation, real-time ultrasound and internal pelvic floor assessments.
- Pilates experience is desirable, but not essential

You will build your personal brand and client list and be confident with conducting group exercise classes (e.g. clinical Pilates, pregnancy and Mums & Bubs classes). Immediate start available.
You will be offered a professional development allowance of $1000 per annum to facilitate your career growth. You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload.
For your application to be considered you will need to be a qualified Physiotherapist and meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registered
- Indemnity insurance
- Desirable but not essential – Grad Cert/Masters in Continence and Pelvic Health, APA Level 1 or 2 courses
Remuneration is offered on a salary basis, with full leave entitlements and a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your career goals, and WA Health Groups growth plan.
