About the Role
As the QA Stream Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality assurance approach for this major implementation. You will be part of the project leadership team, collaborating with other stream leads across integration, data migration, reporting & analytics.
This role focuses on strategy, leadership, and execution rather than direct team management, as QAs will be embedded within each stream. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and high-quality rollout of the new Student Management System.
What You will Do
- Develop and drive the QA strategy for the project.
- Collaborate closely with stream leads to integrate quality processes across all workstreams.
- Ensure best practices for automation, testing, and validation are embedded throughout the project.
- Work with stakeholders to identify risks and ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide guidance on test planning, execution, and defect management.
What you have done
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with strong expertise in test strategy, automation, and quality processes.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a track record of defining and executing QA strategies.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise system implementations (Student Management Systems a plus).
- Strong ability to work within a project leadership team, influencing and driving quality outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
