We are looking for a motivated Casual Kitchen Attendant to join the PLG team at The Epsom in Mordialloc . You'll support the team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. The Epsom will be the perfect spot for functions, celebrations, and casual catch-ups alike.

What will my duties include?
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks and ensure ingredients are organised and ready.
- Provide support to chefs and kitchen staff, contributing to a seamless kitchen operation.
- Monitor supplies in accordance with food volume and menu requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
What we are looking for:
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation methods.
- Experience working in a pub/bistro fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
