As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Wagga Wagga Station Place:
Goodstart Wagga -Wagga Station Place is located near CBD of Wagga Wagga. We are located next to a medical centre and a short drive from local schools and a shopping complex.
Our Centre is designed to cater for up to 51 children a day. Our great team has a well-established leadership structure, supportive and collaborative atmosphere and an amazing community to support. Our main focus is on building close relotionshipss between educators and families.

• Opening Hours: We operate from 7:00am to 6.00pm, offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

You’ll need:
• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
