About the Organisation

A growing and purpose-driven organisation in the agriculture and investment sector is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst – Operations to support financial and operational decision-making. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, investment strategy, and agricultural asset performance.

About the Role

As an Analyst – Operations, you will provide data-driven insights and analytical support to optimise asset performance and operational efficiencies. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to track financial performance, conduct market research, and assess investment opportunities across diverse agricultural enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial and operational data to track asset performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and business planning.
  • Conduct property acquisition research, due diligence, and feasibility assessments.
  • Monitor commodity markets, industry trends, and sustainability practices to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare investor reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve data collection, reporting processes, and benchmarking.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • A graduate degree with 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally with exposure to agriculture or investment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • The ability to present complex data clearly in reports and presentations.
  • An interest in sustainability and regenerative agriculture practices (desirable).
