Role Overview:
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our production lines while maintaining the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for operating automated machinery, handling raw materials, performing quality checks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated production and packing line machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Accurately measure and input raw materials into production formulation systems.
- Perform routine quality control checks to maintain product integrity and consistency.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
- Experience in accurately measuring and inputting raw materials into automated production systems.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently perform quality control checks.
- Flexibility to work across different areas of production and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a preference for blending or batching experience.
- You’re driven to advance your career and ready to take on new challenges
- You value empathy and teamwork, helping create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
