We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Continuity Manager to oversee key operational functions, enhance business efficiency, and ensure resilience across our campuses. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the College by implementing risk management strategies, optimising processes, and leading business continuity planning.

About the Role:

This is a Perth-based role with multi-campus responsibility, offering a strategic leadership opportunity.

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team,you will:

  • Business Continuity & Risk Management – Develop, implement, and maintain the College’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure operational resilience and risk mitigation
  • Operations & Process Improvement – Streamline and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and service delivery across departments
  • Facilities & WHS Management – Oversee facilities operations, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, building maintenance, and security protocols
  • Strategic Project Management – Lead cross-functional initiatives that support the College’s strategic objectives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Act as the key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and clear communication to support business functions
  • Marketing & Business Development Support – Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for student engagement, events, and business growth activities

About You:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive change
  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, and risk mitigation
  • Knowledge of WHS, compliance, facilities management, and emergency preparedness
  • A strategic thinker with a solutions-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related field (highly regarded)
