Description:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support commercial and corporate finance activities
- Analyse market data to forecast future trends and assess potential impacts on the business
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of insights, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Support the linkage of budgeting and forecasting processes to long term corporate modelling and value.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Finance or similar
- CFA Level 1 or greater
- 2-3 years experience in an investment firm, Big 4 corporate finance or large corporate
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated financial modelling and analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior management
