Your role as Support Engineer:
Working with the support team to provide proactive support to clients. Helping with improving support procedures and processes. Work alongside and contribute to a close knit team. A culture built around working together and helping each other while also helping clients.
For the Level 3 Consultant assisting clients with their IT needs and supporting them when they call. Ability to help develop processes, mentor and lead others. Assisting in establishing a proactive supportive team.
For the Level 2 Consultant supporting clients when they call, getting exposed to different technologies and growing as a support consultant.
Your experience, knowledge and your continued efforts will determine where you start and where you could progress to. (Immediate start for the right candidates). .
Knowledge of the following:
- Office 365 Admin
- Azure
- VMware / HyperV
- Veeam
- Watchguard / Fortinet / Meraki
- Intune
- Ticketing and Documentation Systems
- RMM
Experience with the following:
- Working at a MSP for at least 2 years
- Supporting multiple clients
- Positive can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Client documentation
- Speaking English fluently is essential.
You will be an enthusiastic people person and will be called upon to demonstrate the above skills at interview.
A stable work history plus relevant references will be essential. Be aware that our main office is located in Port Melbourne.
Salary negotiable depending on the individual + vehicle allowance + incentives.
