THE ROLE
We are a busy conveyancing office, looking for full time conveyancing assistants/clerks joining the team in St Albans or Werribee
Duties include:
- Data Entry
- Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
- Running conveyancing files from start to settlement with training provided for suitable inexperienced candidates
- Other duties as requested by the directors and managers and other senior staff
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Loves working with numbers
- Min 6 months experience in office working environment preferred but non experience also considered
- Salary varies based on experience
