Join the ACE Training team today on a salary of $100k pa + Super +$5k sign on bonus. Note that this role requires a high degree of mobility as training may at times have to be delivered off-campus and in other regions.ACE was founded in 2001 to provide heavy machinery and construction training to customers in Gippsland, Victoria. Over the years it has expanded its offering to include nationally recognised training and licensing accredited by VicRoads and ASQA, which it now offers across its four campuses in Sale, Traralgon, Bendigo, and Ballarat.

The Role
The position is full-time however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:45 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.

Requirements
Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations (i.e. Conditions of authorisation for Individual Assessors )Supervise students’ behaviours and provide engaging and motivating trainingMaintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operationTravel may be required to deliver training off-sitePerform other general duties as required
Essential Criteria
Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)Demonstrated vocational experience aligned to the topics being facilitated Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police CheckYou will need to be an Australian ResidentMust hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
