We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join their team as a Senior HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders to drive organisational performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Coach and empower leaders to create a high-performance cultureBuild leadership capability through training and developmentManage remuneration bench-marking and reporting systemsPromote employee well-being and create a positive work environmentDeliver focused cultural change initiatives to enhance employee engagementManage the employee life-cycle Provide strategic initiatives and guidanceProvide professional advice, coaching and support to Senior Leaders & ManagersPartner with managers to solve employee relations and industrial relations issuesStay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
Key skills and experience:
Degree in Human Resources or related field7+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a senior leadership roleStrong understanding of building/construction industryProven ability to develop and implement HR strategiesAbility to travel interstate for 2-3 days per month. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
