The Opportunity:

As the Senior Brand Manager for Black Swan , you'll be at the forefront of one of Monde Nissin’s hero brands. We're not just offering Dips; we're crafting the future of food, and we need a dynamic, creative Marketing leader to take our brand to the next level! You'll build campaigns and activations that captivate, inspire, and drive loyal consumer engagement, all while championing a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Brand Leadership:

  • Own and develop the 3-year brand strategy for our Black Swan Brand. You'll be responsible for amplifying our already strong presence and expanding our reach to new audiences.
  • You’ll be responsible for defining the future of the Black Swan Brand. We’re number one in our category and we’re hungry for growth so brand stretch is high on our priority list – when and where? You decide!
  • Be the visionary behind how we engage consumers, using cutting-edge marketing to solidify our position as the #1 choice in Dip products.

Innovative Campaigns that Disrupt:

  • Ideate and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that break through the noise and leave a lasting impression on consumers. From digital to retail activations, your creativity will push boundaries.
  • Spearhead game-changing product launches that make headlines, introducing our next big hits in the Dips space.

Champion Consumer Insights:

  • Use data-driven insights to shape products, marketing, and communication strategies that exceed their expectations.
  • Stay ahead of food trends and anticipate consumer needs, ensuring our brand remains the top choice for todays and tomorrow’s foodies.

Own the Brand Identity:

  • Guard our brand’s visual identity and messaging, making sure every touchpoint reflects our mission to create a delicious, healthier, and more sustainable world.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and digital experts to deliver a consistent, compelling brand story that resonates globally.

Be Digitally Astute:

  • Digital (including Social) has transformed the way we market products, you’ll have a full understanding of when and where digital plays a role and how best to utilise this exciting and ever-changing channel.
  • Understand the role of brand websites and how we can engage and inspire visitors.

High Degree of Commercial Acumen:

  • As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for the Black Swan P&L performance. As well as top line driving activities, you will also endeavour to activate opportunities to improve our bottom line, through volume driving activities, recipe changes, and other efficiency-based projects.

Analyse and Optimize:

  • Track brand performance across all channels, using data analytics to measure impact, identify opportunities, and optimise strategies.
  • Lead with a growth mindset, continuously innovating and improving campaigns based on consumer feedback and market shifts.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Partner with R&D, Sales, and external agencies to ensure that all brand initiatives are aligned, integrated, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners to amplify our message and scale brand impact.

To Succeed With Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of brand management experience, ideally within the food and FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns, particularly in a fast-moving category.
  • Deep knowledge of research techniques and getting the best results out of agencies
  • Exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute high-profile campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing brand performance and consumer insights.
  • Passionate about food, brands, and driving consumer engagement & advocacy.
  • Experience working with or managing influencer and advocacy partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
