Reporting to the Lead Stylists and Creative Director, we are looking for you to join our team as a Casual Property Stylist / Home Stager!
Who you are…
You're a capable Stager/Stylist who will bring youthful and vibrant energy to the role, loving working and communicating with your team. You have a passion for property and property styling.
You have focus, drive and a youthful energetic outlook on life and understand hard, yet rewarding work. You understand people, and that selling a property can be a stressful time for Vendors, so are able to use your empathetic side to best help our customers achieve their goals.
You may not have experience as a property stylist, but have the the “eye” for it, or a natural talent, and also understand that to do this job moving furniture is a must, it’s not just fluffing cushions.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who had finished a qualification in this field and is looking for a new experience.
It's not a job for the faint hearted!
You have availability between 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, and can work at least 2-3 days per week, but there is usually work available for up to 5 full days.

This position will best suit someone who is focused on a career in this industry and understands that the workload can be tough but achievable. You’ll need to bring your energy, magic wand (and sense of humour!) and special brand of who you are – we want you to join us in creating special staging as part of our special team.
Duties and Activities:
- Being a part of an awesome TEAM of stylists and furniture movers
- Moving furniture… lots of moving furniture - we want to be as transparent as possible about the furniture moving!
- Styling and staging at client’s properties
- Packing and pickup of staging from houses (yes that includes moving couches and all our furniture!) - Training provided.
- Hanging art at vendors properties
- Warehouse duties such as – packing, sorting and unpacking
- We want to help you grow to your full potential and to encourage your creativity, our unique management styles allows this.
- Working with our team to ensure every property looks amazing
- Have beautiful styling skills by putting a job together from our quality furnishings and accessories – you are super passionate about trying new styles as well as reimagining past trends
- A 'let's do this' attitude ensuring the homes are transformed ready for sale – you believe the job isn’t done, until it’s DONE
- Be professional while still encouraging a fun, safe work environment in the team
- The ability to stage and style properties from photos and/or floorplans.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business and clients/agents
- The ability to stay self-motivated and organized
- Appreciate processes and smooth operating.
- Efficient with initiative – Can you think on your feet and problem solve?
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- Personable, friendly and professional demeanour, you have a great sense of humour and you love a laugh.
- Confidence in being in new situations, houses and with new team members
- A consistent level of pride in your work and see the job through to completion.
- Your standard of ‘clean’ and ‘finished’ is above average.
- On the job training is provided! We believe in supporting our staff.
