Club of United Business (CUB) is currently searching for a dynamic Waitperson & Host to operate our members lounge for our Melbourne Clubhouse. This is currently a part time position with the opportunity to increase hours and progress into a more corporate role for the right candidate.
CUB is a private members club, allowing entrepreneurs and business owners to build valuable relationships that can assist in the achievement of their ambitions. As a Waitperson and Host, your role is to ensure the ideal experience for every member when visiting the members bar & lounge. You will achieve this by providing high quality service, engaging with and getting to know our members.
You will have the unique opportunity to:

Your key responsibilities are:
- Managing bookings during lounge/bar hours
- Taking orders and serving beverages to members
- Use of POS system to manage tabs and take payments
- Clearing tables, polishing glassware and other general tasks
- Restocking of the bar & completion of the Clubhouse closing checklist
- Locking and ensuring the venue in secured at the end of the shift
Your key traits and experience:
- Waitstaff experience
- People person
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and have complete ownership over your role
