Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes.
• Assist in menu development, ensuring seasonal and customer preferences are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Manage stock levels and order ingredients as needed.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Train and support kitchen staff if required.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Café Chef, Cook, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch-style dishes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and food presentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Availability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
