The role:
As a Trainee Jeweller, you would have the opportunity to work with the best in the industry, in a modern workshop, across a broad range of custom designs and unique gemstones. While we currently don’t have any vacancies for Trainee Jewellers, we are always excited to connect with individuals who are eager to begin a rewarding career in the jewellery industry and who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and exceptional client care.
Our Trainee Jewellers develop the following skills:
- Develop hands-on skills in polishing, repairs, resizing, and cast cleaning, with consistent feedback and guidance.
- Shadow and assist senior jewellers on intricate tasks to gain insight into advanced techniques.
- Engage in quality control discussions, constantly improving product quality, finish, and safety procedures.
- Gain an understanding of client expectations, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for continual learning and show initiative in supporting your own development and that of your peers.
