The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently triage and provide support for IT-related issues reported by our network users, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruptions.
- Ensure the uninterrupted flow of data by monitoring our internal system incident tools, safeguarding the health of our operations.
- Be an advocate for innovation by diving into root cause analysis and feeding our dynamic knowledge base.
- Develop your knowledge and share your findings with the team, we value teamwork.
- Be a key player in our mission to strengthen security and ensure business continuity, protecting our digital assets and customer trust.
- Support the administration of our network and infrastructure.
- Contribute to diverse and exciting technology initiatives and projects.
About You:
Must have:
- Computer science training/degree or equivalent work skills.
- Embrace every challenge with a "can-do" attitude, spreading enthusiasm and solution-driven energy across our team.
- Strong appetite for learning, with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
- Find your comfort zone in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where each day brings fresh and exciting challenges.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Be prepared for occasional after-hours and weekend work, as well as potential travel (we have pool vehicles available for work-related trips). We are a 24/7 business and provide support on a rotating roster.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, ability to transform challenges into solutions.
- Proficiency in building and staging Windows based PCs.
- Expertise in administration of Windows and Office 365.
- Experience using MS Azure, MS Entra and MS Intune
- A solid grasp of TCP/IP networking principles.
- Confidence in supporting Windows 10 Datacentre / ESXi stack / Server.
- Fuel industry experience advantageous.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EMC/ GaP systems.
- Knowledge of Manage Engine.
- Proficiency in EFTPOS operations (Quest and/or PC-EFTPOS).
- Capable of software scripting (PowerShell, bash).
- Competency in databases (MSSQL, POSTGres, MySQL, Mongo).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Power BI or reporting tools.
