What you will do
As a clinical team leader at Western Plains, you will lead the strategic direction, policy development and service delivery for disability and complex needs services.
You will:
Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and disability practitioners.
Provide expert clinical oversight, ensuring best-practice interventions and risk management.
Engage with custodial staff, forensic clinicians and external agencies to coordinate care and services.
Oversee assessments, clinical programs and the integration of NDIS-related services within corrections.
Ensure there is accurate data reporting and contribute to staff training and professional development.
Eligibility
To apply, you will need to hold – or be eligible for – one of the following:
* General registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Be credentialed as a mental health nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
* Registration as an occupational therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
