As a Coordinator, Academic Governance, you will:
- Provide expert policy advice on University legislation, TEQSA, AQF, and Higher Education Standards.
- Coordinate governance matters, ensuring accurate and effective management of committee decisions.
- Advise and support committees, collaborating with chairpersons to drive agendas and uphold governance standards.
- Deliver high-level executive support, including quality documentation and efficient committee administration.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with academic policies and regulatory frameworks.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in managing relationships with and expectations of a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in providing senior administrative support in a busy office environment, in a large, complex organisation governed by policies and procedures.
