About the role
This role will primarily focus on supporting the merchandise planning, allocation, and replenishment processes for our apparel and footwear products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion in footwear and apparel, possess strong analytical skills to drive our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales through accurate allocation and merchandising strategies.
Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:
- Allocation of all products lines and management of stock replenishment to stores and online warehouse.
- Analyse reports and produce action plans to maximise inventory productivity.
- Build allocation files to create retail store indent orders and submit to customer service, optimising allocation strategy and stock to align with brand and channel requirements
- Assisting the merchandise manager and planners with various merchandise projects
- Be a key team member of the Retail division delivering strong results against all set deliverables in alignment with operating plan & store objectives
About you
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably within the Retail industry. Previous experience as a Store Manager would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attentive to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent time management and self-motivation.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications, proficiency with MS Excel is a must.
