- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure consistency and high quality in all dishes served.
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
- Work efficiently during peak service periods in a high-volume setting.
- Previous experience as a Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a busy restaurant, bistro, or hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support the team.
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Permanent full time role with a starting salary of $85K Salary (plus super).
