With over 15 years in business and a proven track record, our client is a well-known business coaching business based in Australia. With strong lead flow and a great team of closers, they need a tech savvy and motivated Appointment Setter to help activate their already thriving community and drive sales results.
About the Role...
As a key role in this client focused business, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging and activating their online community
  • Identifying and qualifying high value leads for the full range of programs
  • Setting appointments for the closers
  • Conducting reviews to find opportunities for growth within accounts

  • Demonstrated abilities in prospecting and lead generation - previous experience as an Appointment Setter on a business coaching offer will be highly regarded
  • Relentless in the need to succeed
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • You have personally completed sales training specific to high ticket sales
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High EQ - you're self-aware and know how to connect with people
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with social media and CRMs
  • Great sense of humour (this is essential)!
  • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • High integrity and work ethic - with a growth mindset
