About the role
This Senior Engineer position is responsible for the strategic planning, project management, and regulatory compliance of water and wastewater services.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (DPIE, EPA, NSW Health, NRAR).
- Oversee project and contract management for water and wastewater
- Monitor and report on project budgets and procurement.
- Lead and support staff development and performance.
- Ensure a strong WHS culture.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, acceptable for membership of Engineers Australia.
- Extensive experience in water and wastewater engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Strong experience in project expenditure control, operational and capital works program development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
- Current Australian driver’s license and WHS Construction Induction (NSW White Card).
- Experience with regulatory reporting, and environmental licencing.
