What do you do?
- You will be a high achiever and lead by example to create a stellar customer experience
- Manage high stock volumes and assist with stock processing in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything’s in place for the customers shopping spree!
- Provide development of your team, collaborate with the business to hit the right notes in financial sales
- Highlight your proficiency in your execution of in-store Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager on daily operations and ad hoc tasks
What do you need:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or a Full Time retail worker looking for a step up
- A passion for the retail industry is a MUST!
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Experience in training and mentoring a team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
