About the role:
- Manage client care for physical or psychological injuries, guiding them through recovery and return to work.
- Serve as the primary contact, offering expert advice and personalised support.
- Conduct Functional, Vocational, Initial Needs, and ADL assessments to inform tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Attend medical case conferences, collaborating with specialists for comprehensive care.
- Coordinate with allied health professionals, doctors, and employers for seamless client management.
- Build strong relationships with insurers and brokers to support client outcomes.
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the client’s rehabilitation.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful recovery and return to work.
- Achievable KPIs: Performance goals designed for success and balance.
- Competitive Salary: Up to $110k base, plus car allowance.
