About the Role:
- Design and engineer foundation systems for large industrial and commercial structures.
- Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers and project teams to integrate foundation designs.
- Produce detailed drawings using Inventor, AutoCAD or Revit.
- Assist with site assessments and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Review and refine designs for durability and constructability.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred) or extensive relevant experience.
- Strong background in footing and foundation design.
- Experience in site preparation, retaining walls, access roads, drainage, and support structures.
- Some exposure to mechanical design and drafting would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Inventor (preferred), AutoCAD or Revit design software.
- A practical, hands-on approach to engineering and problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings with a keen eye for detail.
