The Right Dentist for This Role:
- Experience: 8+ years of Australian clinical experience, ideally mostly in private practice
- High Clinical Competency: Paediatric dentistry, full range of restorative dentistry, implant restoration and clear aligners are essential
- Postgraduate Education: Postgraduate training is highly regarded
- Exceptional Communication & EQ: Ability to convert patients and build trust, and maintain the practice’s outstanding reputation
- Proven Track Record: Portfolio is essential
- Commitment to Excellence: Someone who strives for specialist-level care in general practice
