As a Member Contact Specialist you will play a crucial role in assisting and providing high quality member banking support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing member banking support through email, phone and SMS
- Ensuring all compliance and banking policies are being met and adhered to
- Support with cross-selling products and opportunities via inbound and outbound channels
- Resolving or escalating member issues or enquiries as required
- Completing tasks to deadlines and timeframes as required
- Strong customer contact experience within a similar environment - banking, insurance or superannuation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player
