Director of Nursing (Aged Care)
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to lead a Not-for-Profit Residential Aged Care home in Casino, NSW, nestled in the scenic Northern Rivers region.
This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced Aged Care professional looking to lead a motivated clinical team and run the operation of a well established aged care home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical care and operational aspects of the home
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Registered Nurse (RN) team
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Support ongoing innovation and system upgrades
• Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered)
• Previous leadership experience in Aged Care (Facility Manager, Care Manager, or Senior RN)
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills
• Experience in Residential Aged Care, Public Health, or Acute settings
• Ability to steer a home through accreditation and compliance
