We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our Property Management team on the Lower North Shore. This role is perfect for someone with property management experience who loves real estate and sales but isn’t interested in becoming an independent sales agent. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting KPIs and targets while delivering exceptional service to clients.
About the Role:
Not all property management roles are alike, and we're seeking an experienced, driven, and articulate BDM with a genuine focus on customer service and the ability to grow our rent roll. You’ll focus on:
- Growing the rent roll and providing strategic advice to clients to maximize property returns.
- Collaborating with our busy and successful sales team to convert incoming leads.
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
- No portfolio management involved – your focus will solely be on business development and growth.
About You:
- Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Passionate, customer service-focused, and professional BDM.
- Proven track record of new management success or a solid sales career.
- Confident in generating leads through phone-based prospecting.
- Ready to embrace a new journey with us!
