Essential Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle for work-related transportation
- Minimum 6 months experience in aged care or disability support
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Services
- Active NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Active Working with Children Check
- Active First Aid and CPR certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care and support to clients with varying abilities and needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and community events
- Maintain accurate and detailed support logs and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and team colleagues
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
